Where is your shop located?

​

Our shop is located in the Belair district of Luxembourg City - 5 rue Léopold Sedar Senghor L-2567.

We welcome customers to visit us during our regular opening hours:

Tuesdays - Saturday from 08:00 - 12:30 and from 13:30 - 19:00

Do you offer delivery?

​

Yes, we offer delivery throughout Luxembourg. Delivery fees and deadlines depend on the delivery zone. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays.

Can I place an order online?

​

Yes. Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by mail. For same-day delivery or pickup, please refer to the specific cut-off times listed on our website.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

​

While we guarantee delivery on the selected date, we cannot guarantee an exact time (morning or afternoon). We make every effort to deliver to offices during working hours. If any issues arise, we will contact you.

 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

​

Yes, in certain areas. Same-day delivery is available for:

  • Belair: Order before 2:00 PM

  • Luxembourg City: Order before 9:00 AM

Please refer to our shipping policy for details on other zones.

Can I pick up my order in person?

​

Yes. Free in-store pickup is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM for same-day collection.

​

Do you sell plants as well as flowers?

​

Yes. We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor plants.

Our shop includes two greenhouses—one for each type—to maintain a wide and seasonal selection.

Do you provide floral arrangements for events?

​

Yes. We create custom arrangements for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and private functions. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.

Do you sell plant and flower accessories?

​

Yes. We offer a selection of accessories including vases, pots, and soil.

​

Can I send flowers as a gift to someone else?

​

Yes. Many of our customers order flowers as gifts for others. We do not include any invoice, receipt, or paperwork showing prices with the delivery. The recipient will only receive the flowers and any personal message you include.

Please note: It is common for customers to mistakenly enter the recipient’s address as both the shipping and billing address. Even in this case, no billing information is ever given to the recipient. All invoices are sent to the buyer electronically.

Can I cancel my order?

​

Cancellations may be requested within one hour of placing an order. However, approval is at our discretion, depending on the preparation status of the order.

​

Do you offer refunds?

​

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
