Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully prepared and fulfilled by our team to ensure the highest quality standards.

We offer the following delivery options within Luxembourg:

Belair Sector: Delivery fee of €7. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 14:00.

Luxembourg City: Delivery fee of €10. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 09:00.

Surroundings of Luxembourg City: Delivery fee of €15. Orders must be placed by 18:00 the day prior to delivery.

Rest of Luxembourg: Delivery fee of €18. Orders must be placed by 11:00 the day prior to delivery. While all orders are prepared and fulfilled internally, deliveries for this area are handled by an external delivery company.

Customers may select their preferred delivery date during checkout.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays.

While we guarantee delivery on the selected date, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time (morning or afternoon).

However, we will make every effort to deliver to offices during their opening hours.

Should any issues arise with your delivery, we will promptly contact you.

Additionally, we provide a free pickup option. Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be collected on the same day.
