By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and fulfilled by our team to ensure the highest quality.

We deliver throughout Luxembourg according to the delivery options provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates—we guarantee delivery on the selected date, but cannot guarantee a specific time of day.

We do our best to deliver to offices during working hours. In case of any issues, we will contact you directly.

If the recipient is not at home, we may leave the flowers in a safe place—typically in a water container near the entrance—and inform the customer.

Product Variations

All product images on the website are for illustration purposes only. While we do our best to match the arrangements as shown, substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability and stock.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible once an order has been confirmed.

Customers may request a cancellation within one hour of placing the order, but approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny cancellation if the order has already been prepared or dispatched.

Non-Delivery Days

​

Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays.

​

Pickup Option

​

Same-day pickup is available free of charge for orders placed before 10:00 AM.
